You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ListOps. When you sign up (and again on first sign-in if you registered before this requirement) you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older; if you are not, you may not use the service and we will close the account. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and, if you use ListOps for your brokerage or employer, that you are authorized to bind it.

The service is provided "as-is" and output is AI-generated — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Free accounts include 3 campaigns per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period — no refunds for partial periods.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as you choose at checkout) at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. Where a free trial is offered (for example, 14 days on the Brokerage plan), your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time in Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Because access continues through the paid period, we do not refund partial periods. We will tell you in advance if prices change, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you cancel, you may export or download your campaigns before the period ends.
You may not use ListOps to generate misleading or fraudulent real estate listings, violate MLS rules, fair housing laws or real estate licensing laws, upload photos or content you do not have the right to use, resell or white-label the service without a Brokerage or Enterprise plan, or attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform. If you send email through ListOps, you must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, must not use deceptive subject lines or sender details, and must honor unsubscribe requests; ListOps automatically adds an unsubscribe link and our postal address to marketing email and will not send to addresses that have opted out. Follow-up emails you schedule are sent automatically about once a day until you cancel them or the recipient unsubscribes; ListOps cannot detect replies, so you are responsible for cancelling follow-ups to anyone who responds. You may only upload photos and content you own or have permission to use.

You own all content you generate using ListOps. We retain ownership of the platform, AI prompts, and infrastructure. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data and photos, including sending them to our AI provider, solely to provide the service to you.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. To report infringing content or to submit a counter-notification, follow the process on our DMCA page at /dmca.
ListOps's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
